Introducing our Easy Pick-Up USA program.
Our intention is to make our campers more accessible and convenient to purchase for our American friends. The cities have been selected in an effort to give any customer living in the lower 48 no more than a two day drive to pick up their new camper.
To keep the costs as low as possible, any delivery trip has to have at least two, or three campers on the load and we may need to delay a trip until we have more campers to complete the load. We will do our best to keep things moving and will advise if we are unable to do the trip at the advertised price due to a lack of demand from a particular area.
If we have high demand from areas further west, we will also offer additional Pick-Up cities as appropriate.
Our current Pick-Up options are as follows:
- Border Pick-up at Buffalo or Port Huron
- Albany, NY
- Nashville, TN
- Denver, CO

Details:
- Contact us to determine the price which includes customs clearance and transportation to a designated point in the pick-up city.
- The pick-up location in each city will be chosen at the sole discretion of L’air Camper.
- An appointment will be made for each customer picking up their camper at the pick-up city. We will do our best to accommodate a mutually convenient time and the customer is expected to arrive at their booked time.
- The customer is responsible to communicate any possible delays, breakdowns or other issues as early as possible to both Lair Camper and the transport driver so as to avoid any unnecessary costs for either party.
- Should the customer fail to arrive at the scheduled time, there may be additional charges levied by the driver, on a per hour basis, for their standby time.
- Alternatively, should the customer miss the scheduled appointment or be forced to cancel the appointment, the customers camper will be delivered to a suitable secure storage facility. Arrangements will be made that the customer will be able to retrieve their camper from the secure storage facility after payment of any outstanding transportation related and/or storage charges.
